Vibration Analysis & Infra Red

Headline:

The Reasons and Benefits of Implementing Vibration Analysis
 Equipment Deficiency Program

THE PROBLEM:

Why should Companies allocate money on preventive maintenance when their machines are running perfectly efficiently? The reality is that without regular trend analysis of machinery through vibration Analysis and Infra-Red monitoring, manufacturing companies run the risk of “catastrophic failure” when they least expect it.

Ask yourself these questions”:-

How many times have unexpected machine failure’s interrupted production?

What was the cost?

THE SOLUTION:

Database Development
The first phase of the predictive maintenance program will be the development of a complete database for each machine in the program

Baseline Data Acquisition and Analysis
The second phase of the predictive maintenance program will determine the initial operating condition of all selected equipment.

Regular Monitoring & Analysis
Regular monitoring and analysis is the third portion of your predictive maintenance program. Therefore, all equipment will be monitored periodically.

Data Management & Reporting
Your vibration data will be managed by a specialized software package. A report will be prepared after each analysis defining maintenance tasks required to correct problems.

Corrective Action & Follow-up
Corrective action should be scheduled and performed on equipment found to have exceeded industry established vibration parameters.

Infrared Thermographic Analysis

Why Use Infrared?

A picture says a thousand words; infrared thermography is the only diagnostic technology that lets you instantly visualize and verify thermal performance.

FLIR's ThermaCAM infrared cameras not only quickly locate problems, but coupled with Reporter software, their non-contact precision temperature measurement and analysis capabilities instantly deliver the answers you need to understand what repair action to take, and when.
